Legal Defense Fund: I've set up a legal defense fund for a case that is happening 26 days from now.
The city of Medford failed to protect this resident on numerous occasions:
---when a former City Council President, Bob Maiocco, threatened me with a dirty metal pipe;
---when TV3 assaulted me on or about April 27, 2010, when an attorney for TV3 threatened my life five times in three court houses. That attorney cracked a joke when we settled the cases saying "I can make it six in four," six death threats in four courthouses.
My attorney heard it.
Many of you know that an incident happened about 15 days before a teacher was no longer employed at Medford's school department June 30, 2016.
I put a public records request in to Roy E. Belson and Police Chief Leo A. Sacco, Jr. I asked about an incident regarding a teacher and inappropriate relations with a politician's daughter on December 3, 2015.
On December 8th the police magically "resurrected" a case they had closed. As a journalist I did EVERYTHING by the book - I contacted my lawyer about dropping my application for a case against the individual who assaulted me on or about June 15th so that I could have my free speech rights to discuss the 2015 election with all of you and readers of my blog.
Keep in mind, I was also called a vulgar word by Brian S. Burke, assistant clerk of courts in Middlesex Superior Court when I was authorized to videotape at the Chevalier on October 15, "the Great Debate."
Allegedly, Stephanie Muccini-Burke sent her husband to the back of the Chevalier - and - allegedly - on November 3, 2015, Court Clerk Brian Burke said "payback begins tomorrow" and reportedly threatened a Medford resident that he has a "hit list." Got it yet?

I reported Burke and heard back from Judge Judith Fabricant on December 1, 2015 regarding Muccini-Burke's vulgar husband. On December 3, 2015 I asked about the Varsity Coach and questions of inappropriate relations with a student alleged to be the daughter of a politician. On December 8th, 2015 the police started initiating false charges on me, on December 9th I heard from Middlesex Superior Court dropping the case against Brian S. Burke. Think about it.
Oct 15 victim was called "motherfxxer" by Assistant Court Clerk Brian S. Burke.
All I am doing is helping the citizens of Medford. This is political payback, including putting an article in the Medford Transcript - the paper which unethically didn't even contact my attorney for a response. On June 25th the office of the District Attorney told me to go to the police. The police did NOT do their job and protect me. They did NOT protect me against TV3, against a stalker friend of TV3 that there's a FOUR YEAR restraining order on, against a former staffer at a 501c3 I have a PERMANENT RESTRAINING ORDER on - isn't it interesting that I have been physically and verbally assaulted on too many occasions, that I went to the police as the District Attorney's office advised me to do, and now there's an ADA telling a judge that the APPLICATION that I dropped wasn't an application (it was) - she's trying to make the APPLICATION that I dropped disappear; an application dropped WITH THE POLICE FULLY ADVISED OF IT, on the advice of my lawyer. She's trying to make it a "live" case - which it isn't - it never got that far. I played by the rules and Medford city officials are smearing my name because they have something to hide. It is political payback and if they get away with it, they will come after ANYONE who dares speak up about the wrongful conduct of city officials.
